Our offices are available by appointment only, however, should a necessity arise we will schedule an appointment outside our normal business hours to accommodate you.

Ms. Brenda Manno MSW, LCSW is Program Director at Project Point of Light. Ms. Manno holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology/Psychology from Clarion University and a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. She has been a licensed clinician in the state of Pennsylvania since 1997 and in the state of Ohio since 2006. Ms. Manno currently teaches courses at Clarion University in social work and sociology. She was appointed to the Sexual Offenders Assessment Board in 1998 and has been an active member since evaluating over 1,600 offenders for the Board. She has been a professional trainer in the field of sexual offending and sexual abuse since 1999. Ms. Manno has written and implemented two inpatient programs for high risk juvenile offenders in the state of Ohio. She continues to further her education in the field by attending over one hundred fifty conferences and/or trainings in the field.
Ms. Kelly White is the Program Administrator and Executive Assistant to the Director. She has over eight years of experience in the field. She has worked closely with William Allenbaugh, II Licensed Psychologist, former Director and Founder of Project Point of Light. Ms. White is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of program delivery. She serves as a liaison between the agency and partnering organizations. Ms. White also serves as the agency privacy officer.
